Official news, Liverpool defender Zimikas joined Serie A Roma on loan for one season.

Rome Football Club is pleased to announce that it will loan Constantinos Zimikas from Liverpool.
The 29-year-old left-back was born in Thessaloniki on May 12, 1996. He received training in Thessalonikinaiapoli and Panceracos youth training system, then joined the Olympiacos team, and made his career debut there in 2015.
In January 2017, he transferred to Denmark's Esbjörz and completed the season's journey.
He was loaned to the Netherlands William II in the 2017/18 season and made 33 appearances in the Eredivisie League. In 2018, he returned to Olympiacos and played until 2020, during which he was elected as the Greek Footballer.
He has since joined Liverpool, playing 115 games for the Reds in the past five seasons, helping the team win a Premier League championship trophy, a FA Cup, two league cups and a Community Shield Cup.
Zimekas has played 41 games on behalf of the Greek adult national team.
