The uncertainty surrounding the Samsung Exynos 2600 seems to be gradually dissipating. According to the latest Korean media reports, Samsung's 2-nanometer GAA technology may have achieved outstanding results and is now ready to enter the mass production stage. It is expected to be launched on the Galaxy S26.

Although the Korean media Fnnews report did not mention Samsung's 2-nanometer GAA yield, the February report yield was about 30%, and this number is expected to increase again. Another detail shared by whistleblower @Jukanlosreve, Samsung seems to believe that Exynos 2600 is ready to enter commercial volume production before the end of this month.

Samsung is also quite confident about the Exynos 2600. In an internal meeting, Samsung's high-level emphasis on the performance of the Exynos 2600 clearly outperformed the previous generation Exynos 2500, which will have significant performance improvements. If the Galaxy S26 series is produced smoothly this month, it seems that the Galaxy S26 series is no longer the exclusive version of Qualcomm Snapdragon.

Yong-In Park, the responsible person of Samsung LSI business department, also told the media at the July event that "we are fully preparing for the Exynos 2600" and look forward to good results.

Geekbench's recent test results showed that the processor single core score of suspected Exynos 2600 was 3,309 and the multi-core score was 11,256, which is a lot better than the last performance, quite amazing, and has the opportunity to be more or less with the down-down version of the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, and also fully beat the Apple Flagship Chip A19 Pro in the Geekbench 6 multi-line test.

Currently, it is expected that the Exynos 2600 will provide power for the Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26 Edge, and the chip success will also be beneficial to Samsung, as it will prove that the Samsung 2-nanometer GAA process has delivered outstanding results and is expected to restore customers' confidence when placing orders.

Industry insiders previously pointed out that Samsung's real success in the field of advanced processing will depend on the second generation of 2nm GAA processes (i.e. SF2P). From this perspective, Samsung seems to have advanced and completed the basic design of the process. If everything is smooth, it is expected to start mass production before the end of 2026.
