Microprogram information will hold a pre-listing performance presentation tomorrow, and plans to open a deal at the end of July. Chairman Wu Teng said that among the three major areas, the subscription system of electronic payment, such as YouBike and parking payment, is a stable source of income, and will enter the semiconductor sensing field, accounting for less than 10%, with a goal of 2 to 3 years of hard work to reach at least 30%.

Wu Teng said that in 1995, microprogramming has been deeply involved in the three major areas of electronic payment, smart equipment and semiconductor sensing control, combining software and hardware research and development, cloud computing and AIoT smart applications, providing vertical integration solutions tailored by the industry, helping industry partners achieve digital transformation and intelligent upgrades.

Jiu Teng pointed out that currently electronic payment accounts for 40~50% of the revenue, and smart equipment accounts for 40~50%. As an important area for stable revenue of microprograms, semiconductor sensing accounts for less than 10%, and the goal is to reach at least 30% in the next 2 to 3 years, which is the layout direction for medium- and long-term growth.

In the electronic payment field, Wu Teng pointed out that microprogram deploys more than 100,000 Taiwan terminal equipment through partners to deploy important transportation facilities such as buses, metros, YouBike public bicycle systems and parking lots across Taiwan, and through the 7×24 cloud management platform service, it builds a convenient, safe and smart transportation payment environment and promotes the process of popularizing smart transportation.

In the field of smart equipment, Wu Teng pointed out that microprograms use IoT smart sensing technology, wireless communication and three-voltage systems to integrate IoT, control, motor, and battery, focusing on the intelligent applications of new low-carbon vehicles such as E-Bike, and are committed to becoming the design and technology center of small and medium-sized brand car factories, providing one-stop low-carbon smart transportation solutions.

In terms of semiconductor sensing control, Wu Teng pointed out that microprogramme has invested in the research and development of semiconductor sensing control products since 2018, and uses independent research and development sensing model and intelligent monitoring system to help customers introduce intelligent process and predictive maintenance, and hopes to continuously improve the efficiency of semiconductor production lines.

Wu Teng shared that in 2023, MicroProgram joined the "Semiconductor Local Supply Chain Alliance" established by Deng, a representative manufacturer of Taiwan's Cylinder Transmission Solutions, and jointly established Dexin Semiconductor Holdings with 8 companies including Jiadeng, Xunde, Kelin, Yideshi, Filter, Qiding and Sanhuang. It hopes to quickly export Taiwan's semiconductor sensing control products to the world, strengthen overseas market layout and international competition.

Microprogram adopts a light asset operation model, creating high added value through technical innovation and customized services. Its revenue reached RMB 461 million in 2022, with a gross profit margin of RMB 54.69%; it closed at RMB 678 million in 2023, with an annual increase of 47%, with an earnings per share (EPS) of RMB 2.16; it closed at RMB 794 million in 2024, with an earnings per share increased to RMB 3.33, demonstrating stable growth and strong profitability.
